Quotes & approval
All work is quoted before it begins. Work starts only after the client approves the itemized quote, whether in writing, via WhatsApp, or email.
Parts & sourcing
Where DK Car Modifications sources parts on the client's behalf, lead times and availability will be confirmed as part of the quote and may affect completion dates.
Payment
Payment terms, including any required deposit, will be specified on the quote for each job.
